Common use of Sale Procedure Clause in Contracts

Sale Procedure. If this Lease has been terminated, the Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee for which notice has been properly provided to Landlord pursuant to Section 17.1(b) hereof with the most senior lien on the Leasehold Estate shall have the right to make the determinations and agreements on behalf of Tenant under Article XXXVI, in each case, in accordance with and subject to the terms and provisions of Article XXXVI.
