Satisfaction of All Claims Clause Samples

The 'Satisfaction of All Claims' clause establishes that, upon fulfillment of certain obligations or payments, all existing claims between the parties are considered fully resolved and settled. In practice, this means that once the agreed-upon conditions—such as payment of a settlement amount or completion of contractual duties—are met, neither party can pursue further claims related to the subject matter of the agreement. This clause serves to provide finality and certainty, ensuring that no lingering disputes or liabilities remain after the agreement is executed.
