Satisfactory Completion of Due Diligence. Glorious Pie, the Glorious Pie Shareholders, and Glorious Pie Consultants shall have completed their legal, accounting and business due diligence of China Eco-Hospitality and the results thereof shall be satisfactory to Glorious Pie and the Shareholders in their sole and absolute discretion.
