Common use of Satisfactory Performance of Duties Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Performance of Duties. The employment of the Employee shall continue only as long as the services rendered by the Employee are satisfactory to IMI regardless of any other provision contained in this Agreement. IMI shall be the sole judge as to whether the services of the Employee are satisfactory.
