Common use of Schedule Changes Clause in Contracts

Schedule Changes. (a) If in the course of a posted schedule the Employer changes an Employee’s scheduled days off, the Employee shall be paid at the overtime rate in, accordance with Article 8: Overtime for all hours worked on what would otherwise have been the Employee’s off-duty days, unless 14 days notice of such change has been given. The Employee shall be notified of the change in the schedule both orally and in writing and such change shall be recorded on the Shift schedule. (b) If, in the course of a posted schedule, the Employer changes an Employee’s scheduled Shift, but not the Employee’s scheduled days off, the Employee shall be paid at the overtime rate in accordance with Article 8: Overtime for all hours worked during the first Shift of the changed schedule, unless 14 days notice of such change has been given. The Employee shall be notified of the change in the schedule both orally and in writing and such change shall be recorded on the Shift schedule.

The Employee shall be notified of the change in the schedule both orally and in writing and such change shall be recorded on the Shift schedule.

(b) If, in the course of a posted schedule, the Employer changes an Employee’s scheduled Shift, but not the Employee’s their scheduled days off, the Employee they shall be paid at the overtime rate rate, in accordance with Article 8: Overtime for all hours worked during the first Shift of the changed schedule, unless 14 days fourteen (14) days’ notice of such change has been given. The Employee shall be notified of the change in the schedule both orally and in writing and such change shall be recorded on the Shift schedule.

The Employee shall be notified of the change in the schedule both orally and in writing and such change shall be recorded on the Shift shift schedule. (b) If, in the course of a posted schedule, the Employer changes an Employee’s 's scheduled Shiftshift, but not the Employee’s scheduled days off, the Employee shall be paid at the overtime rate in accordance with Article 8: Overtime of two times (2X) the Employee's basic rate of pay for all hours worked during the first Shift shift of the changed schedule, unless 14 fourteen (14) days notice of such change has been given. The Employee shall be notified of the change in the schedule both orally and in writing and such change shall be recorded on the Shift shift schedule.
