Common use of Schedule Requirements Clause in Contracts

Schedule Requirements. The Parties agree that the performance and delivery schedules, both general and detailed, attached to or referenced in the Purchase Order are incorporated in the Purchase Agreement as an integral part of the Purchase Agreement and, but for Seller’s agreeing to meet the performance and delivery schedule set forth in the Purchase Agreement, Westinghouse would not have entered into the Purchase Agreement. Any change in the schedule shall only be made by a Change Notice as set forth in Article 8 and a signed written agreement executed by an authorized representative of both Parties.
