Scheduled Work. a) These provisions about scheduled work apply only to contact centres. b) Telstra may require you to work within the span of hours, but at variable times and patterns. Telstra will advise you of work scheduling arrangements where they apply, as set out in this clause. c) If you work in a contact centre, roster arrangements will be prepared and communicated to you in line with the common provisions set out above.
