Common use of Schedules of Work Clause in Contracts

Schedules of Work. The Hospital will, in the formulation of working schedules, carry out the objectives set forth below: (a) Work schedules to be posted two (2) weeks in advance to cover a six (6) week period. Schedules shall be posted as soon as possible on the day of posting. Schedules will not be changed once posted without prior discussion between the nurse affected and her Manager. The Hospital will schedule nurses off six (6) weekends in every twelve (12). Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with current practice, positions which are presently scheduled every second weekend off shall continue to be scheduled on this basis.
