Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to require Owner to perform Joint User’s work before other scheduled work or Owner service restoration.

In the event Attaching Utility requests that the Make-Ready Work be performed on a priority basis or outside of Owner Utility's normal work hours, Attaching Utility agrees to pay any resulting increased costs, upon being advised of the estimate of costs prior to performance of such work. Nothing herein shall be construed to require performance of Attaching Utility's work before other scheduled work or Owner Utility’s own service restoration.

In the event Licensee requests that the Make- Ready Work be performed on a priority basis or outside of LP&L’s normal work hours, Licensee shall pay any resulting increased costs. Nothing herein shall be construed to require LP&L to perform Licensee’s work before other scheduled work or LP&L service restoration.
Scheduling of Make-Ready Work. In performing all Make-Ready Work to accommodate Licensee’s Communications Facilities, Grant PUD will endeavor to include such work in its work schedule in the ordinary course of business. Within 30 days following ▇▇▇▇▇ PUD’s acceptance of Licensee’s application, the parties shall meet and confer upon an estimated completion schedule. In the event Licensee requests the Make-Ready Work be performed on a priority basis or outside of Grant PUD’s normal work hours, upon approval from Licensee, Licensee agrees to pay any resulting increased costs. Nothing herein shall be construed to require performance of Licensee’s work before other scheduled work or Grant PUD service restoration.

In the event Licensee requests that the Make-Ready Work be performed on a priority basis or outside of JEA's normal work hours, Licensee agrees to pay any resulting increased costs. Nothing herein is intended, however, to require performance of Licensee's work before other scheduled work.
