Scheduling of Outages Sample Clauses

The Scheduling of Outages clause establishes the procedures and requirements for planning and coordinating periods when equipment, systems, or services will be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or repairs. Typically, this clause outlines how much advance notice must be given, the process for requesting and approving outages, and any limitations on timing to minimize disruption to operations. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties are aware of and can prepare for service interruptions, thereby reducing operational risks and avoiding unexpected downtime.
