SCHEDULING ORDER. As soon as practicable after this Stipulation has been executed, the Settling Parties shall submit this Stipulation, together with its exhibits to the Court, and shall jointly apply to the Court for entry of the Scheduling Order, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, providing for, among other things, certification of the Class for purposes of the Settlement only, notice of the Settlement to the Class, and the scheduling of the Settlement Hearing.
