Scheduling Procedures. Licensee’s shall have exclusive use of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park during the term of this agreement and shall be allowed to schedule authorized events subject to the terms of this agreement, and any applicable provisions of the Village of Roscoe Code of Ordinances, including, but not limited to, provisions requiring the issuance of special events permits.
