Common use of Scheduling Procedures Clause in Contracts

Scheduling Procedures. When recommended by the Coordinating Committee, or when otherwise appropriate, the Board of Directors shall act upon and approve or modify the practices and procedures to be followed by the Project Participants for the scheduling, delivering, controlling and allocating Facility Output associated with the Project.
