Common use of Scheduling Provision Clause in Contracts

Scheduling Provision. Except for staff on flex time and staff attending at General meetings, conferences and seminars, an employee required to work overtime beyond his/her regular work day shall be entitled to twelve (12) hours clear between the end of the overtime and the start of his/her next work day. If twelve (12) hours are not provided, he/she shall be paid at overtime rates for the following day.
