Schematic Design Phase Services. § 3.2.1 Engineer shall prepare Schematic Design Documents for Owner’s approval under a separate professional services agreement between Owner and Engineer. § 3.2.2 The Schematic Design Documents shall consist of drawings, narratives, and other documents including a site plan, if appropriate, and preliminary building plans, sections and elevations; and if requested by the Owner, some combination of study models, perspective sketches, or digital representations. § 3.2.3 Engineer shall not proceed with the Design Development Phase Services under this Agreement until Owner has approved the Schematic Design Documents in writing.
