Scientific Data Clause Samples

The 'Scientific Data' clause defines how data generated, collected, or used in the course of a scientific project or collaboration is to be handled. Scientific Data. Non-Federal entities must comply with the data management and access to data requirements established by the DOC funding agency as set forth in the applicable Notice of Funding Opportunity and/or in Specific Award Conditions.
Scientific Data. Schedule 2.8(d) of the Company Disclosure Document sets forth a list of all studies involving the use of cell-free DNA in transplantation in which the Company has participated, including the agreements relating to such participation, the party or parties that received and analyzed samples in such study, and whether or not the Company owns or has rights to access and use the samples and data generated in such study.
Scientific Data. Scientific data collected during the course of the contract will be made available to appropriate biodiversity records centres in order to better inform future ecological surveys. If a client has any objection to this they must inform the consultant in advance in writing.
Scientific Data. In addition, we may process other personal data that is not health data within the scope of the re- spective scientific research purpose of the respective research study (Art. 6 (1b) GDPR). Whether we process this personal data depends on whether this data is required for the respective research study. For example, this may be information about your lifestyle habits or your age.
Scientific Data. Earth system science products, with accompanying metadata and quality assessments, made available through production or services provided by the REASoN project. Some examples of scientific data include: geophysical parameters, such as sea surface temperature, sea surface height, atmospheric pressure/temperature levels, precipitation, atmospheric chemical species and aerosols, ice sheet mass balance, and various terrestrial surface measurements.
Scientific Data. Any and all data collected during field operations shall remain the common property of the Parties until the Primary objective of the JOINT VENTURE stated in section 4.1 has been met and the JOINT VENTURE dissolved. Upon the dissolution of the JOINT VENTURE all such data becomes the exclusive property of DMS. This data may include, but not be limited to, magnetometer data, side scan sonar records, sub-bottom profiling records, laser generated optical data, photography, GPS positioning data, GIS information, archaeological information, wreck site stratification, material distribution, bathymetric, sedimentary and hydrographic data.

  • Investment Analysis and Commentary The Subadviser will provide quarterly performance analysis and market commentary (the “Investment Report”) during the term of this Agreement. The Investment Reports are due within 10 days after the end of each quarter. In addition, interim Investment Reports shall be issued at such times as may be mutually agreed upon by the Adviser and Subadviser; provided however, that any such interim Investment Report will be due within 10 days of the end of the month in which such agreement is reached between the Adviser and Subadviser. The subject of each Investment Report shall be mutually agreed upon. The Adviser is freely able to publicly distribute the Investment Report.

  • Statistical Information Any third-party statistical and market-related data included in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus are based on or derived from sources that the Company believes to be reliable and accurate in all material respects.

  • Medical Information Throughout the Pupil's time as a member of the School, the School Medical Officer shall have the right to disclose confidential information about the Pupil if it is considered to be in the Pupil's own interests or necessary for the protection of other members of the School community. Such information will be given and received on a confidential, need-to-know basis.

  • Electronic Data 7.1.1 The parties recognize that Contract Documents, including drawings, specifications and three-dimensional modeling (such as Building Information Models) and other Work Product may be transmitted among Owner, Design-Builder and others in electronic media as an alternative to paper hard copies (collectively “Electronic Data”).

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.
