Field Operations. Integration of distribution operations--The combined company would have the ability to consolidate certain customer business offices and service centers in the eastern Kansas area where Western Resources and KCPL have contiguous service territories. The close proximity of these operations also enables customer service functions such as service initiation, service scheduling, etc. to be combined. The close proximity of the two companies would enable work to be reconfigured and resources to be shared in operations areas and with respect to customer calls and inquiries. . Integration of field and technical support functions--The combined company would be able to eliminate redundant functions in the area of distribution support, such as engineering, construction, operation and maintenance. Purchasing Economies . Streamlining of inventories and purchasing economies--The combined company can achieve savings through the centralization of purchasing and inventory functions related to construction, operation and maintenance at generating plants, service centers, warehouses and headquarters. The greater purchasing power and the relative quantity discounts that can be obtained as a result of the combination of the two companies would provide additional cost savings. Corporate and Administrative . Integration of facilities--The combined company would be able to consolidate certain duplicative facilities such as corporate headquarters and provide opportunities to consolidate energy control centers, service centers and warehouses. . Integration of corporate management and administrative functions--The combined company would be able to eliminate redundant functions in the areas of finance, accounting, purchasing, shareholder relations, human resources, corporate planning, public relations and administration among other areas. The payroll costs of such functions are relatively fixed and do not vary directly with an increase or decrease in the number of customers served. . Avoidance of future operating system expenditures--The combined company would be able to eliminate certain operational expenditures in the area of management information systems that would be made by each company on a stand-alone basis. These avoided expenditures relate to operating systems, such as the customer information and geographic information systems, that would not be wholly duplicated in the combined company. Field Operations. Alliance Networks shall complete tasks assigned to them by the Alliance Council according to each discrete SOW and such other responsibilities to which the Alliance may agree from time to time. Such tasks may include Care Management, and Provider Support.
Field Operations. Team The Field Operations team is responsible for the physical installation and maintenance of cameras and associated equipment provided by Flock. This includes a large team of technicians, schedulers, and many others involved in ensuring the delivery of your product. They take the technical plan you finalized with Product Implementation and work closely with other teams at Flock to make sure that your cameras are installed quickly and safely, and in a way that maximizes the opportunity to solve crime at a specific location. *Note*: For all Installation questions or concerns, please always direct them to your Customer Success Manager and not to the technician.

Field Operations. A. CRIMINAL INCIDENTS 1. The Airport Police shall have the initial responsibility for response and investigation of all criminal or potentially criminal incidents originating on Airport property. 2. The Airport Police shall have primary responsibility for all violations of federal law pertaining to the Airport, aircraft, or aviation that occur on the Airport. The Airport Police shall notify the proper federal agency and/or such local authorities (including the BPD) as required and as indicated by the type of crime, and shall relinquish control to the BPD, or other appropriate agency, pursuant to state and/or federal law and/or jurisdictional responsibility. 3. The BPD shall have primary responsibility for all incidents (including criminal, traffic and aviation) occurring off Airport property within the City of Burbank. 4. The BPD may assist the Airport Police in any initial response to criminal incidents occurring on Airport property, with the concurrence of each agency. Assistance may include the preparation of reports and follow-up investigation. 5. In the event of a violent felony (e.g., homicide, rape, etc.) occurring on Airport property, responsibility for the investigation will be assumed by the BPD. 6. The BPD shall be the custodian of records for all Airport Police generated records pertaining to Airport Police criminal cases and vehicle impounds. Airport Police arrest reports, vehicle impound reports, or reports in which property has been booked into evidence shall be submitted to the BPD Watch Commander for review and approval. The Airport Police will remain at the BPD station until the report is approved. The BPD will make all reasonable efforts to expedite the report approval process. Airport Police supervisor approved reports which do not involve arrests, vehicle impounds or booked property, may be submitted directly to the BPD Records Bureau for filing. 7. The BPD has the final authority to approve criminal bookings, vehicle impounds, and police reports based on BPD policies and state law. 8. The Airport Police may transfer command, control, and radio communications of an Airport Police vehicle pursuit from the Airport Watch Commander to the BPD Watch Commander. Upon such transfer, BPD Communications Center personnel will handle radio communications, coordination with BPD field/air units and other allied law enforcement agencies. The management of the pursuit will be in accordance with BPD policy.
Field Operations. Operator acknowledges that Owner currently has an Agreement with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) for their Illinois Recreational Access Program (IRAP). This provides public hunting and recreational activities on the Property. Operator shall in no way infringe or interfere with the rights of the public on the Property. Operator shall be allowed to utilize the Property to recreate, educate, or maintain for the purpose of promoting conservation or sportsmanship as long as it does not interfere with the dates or goals of Owner or the public. All activities must be in compliance with the USDA’s CRP standards and restrictions as outlined within the CRP contract. All activities must be submitted and approved by the Ford County Board Chairman or the Ford County Land Use Committee prior to the activity taking place. Operator shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations that regulate restrict or prohibit and material defined therein as a hazardous, radioactive, toxic or carcinogenic material, substance, pollutant, or contaminant when using such materials on the Property.
Field Operations. Following the coordination meetings, PBS&J will proceed with completing the necessary field operations for the project.
