Exhibit C – Budget; 4. Exhibit D – Certification for Contracts, Grants, Loans, and Cooperative Agreements; 5. Exhibit E - Affidavit Against Prohibited Acts (Texas Penal Code – Offenses Against Public Administration) 6. Exhibit F - Applicable Laws and Regulations

Exhibit “J” - Certification of National Objective All of the above exhibits are incorporated herein by reference as if written word for word. If any of the above exhibits require separate execution, SUBRECIPIENT hereby agrees to execute said exhibit and return such to CITY. In addition, proper acknowledgment must be given to the City of Arlington and the Community Development Block Grant Program by including the following statement on all printed programs, publicity, website, publications or documents related to the Community Development Block Grant PROGRAM: “The services provided by Center for Transforming Lives are made possible in part through a Community Development Block Grant from the City of Arlington through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.” SUBRECIPIENT shall also prominently display this acknowledgment in any SUBRECIPIENT facility or on any SUBRECIPIENT property where the PROGRAM is to be performed. SUBRECIPIENT’s status shall be that of an independent contractor and not an agent, servant, employee, or representative of CITY in the performance of this Agreement. No term or provision of or act of SUBRECIPIENT or CITY under this Agreement shall be construed as changing that status.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • Scope of Works (a) Users with an appropriate licence type may be able to create and access Scope of Works. (b) The parties acknowledge and agree that: (i) any wording contained in a Scope of Works is established by the Customer, is customisable and within the Customer's absolute control; (ii) Users make decisions within ProcurePro on how to draft Scope of Works and ProcurePro is not responsible for those decisions; (iii) the Supplier is not liable for the Customer's use or reliance upon any Scope of Works; and (iv) the Supplier is not responsible for controlling the use, copying, modification or export of a Scope of Works by any User to which the Customer allows access to that Scope of Works.

  • Completion of Work The Contractor agrees to complete the work on, or before October 29, 2021.

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.
