SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND UNION SECURITY. Sec. 1.1 Pursuant to certification by the NLRB (Case #14-RC-8194), the Cooperative recognizes Local Union 702 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Line Department as set forth in Article IV, excluding Office, Clerical, Guards and Supervisors as defined in the Labor Relations Act. 1.2 This Agreement shall have effect only on the property of the Cooperative and shall cover all work thereon coming under the jurisdiction of the Local Union as usually performed by the employees of the Cooperative covered by this Agreement as set out in Section 1 above.
