Union dues and/or C Sample Clauses

The 'Union dues and/or C' clause establishes the employer's obligation to deduct union dues or other specified contributions from employees' wages and remit them to the union. In practice, this clause typically applies to employees who are union members, and the employer is required to process these deductions regularly, such as on a monthly basis, ensuring timely and accurate payments to the union. The core function of this clause is to streamline the collection of union dues, ensuring the union receives necessary funding while relieving employees of the administrative burden of making payments themselves.
Union dues and/or C. O.P.E. contributions will be checked off of pay only on the separate written order of the individual employee subject to revocation by him at any time by means of a separate written order. The Company will notify the Union at once on the receipt of any such notice of revocation.
