Recognition of Union The Company recognizes Local Union 702 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers as the exclusive bargaining agent and representative of its employees within the classifications of work and/or the employees covered by this Agreement, namely; All production, construction and maintenance employees, including working foremen, but EXCLUDING clerical and professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act as amended, who are employed by the City Light and Water Company of the City of Sikeston, Missouri.
