Common use of SCOPE OF BASIC SERVICES Clause in Contracts

SCOPE OF BASIC SERVICES. The CONSULTANT shall perform the following services in a professional manner: A. The CONSULTANT shall perform all those services as necessary and as described in the OWNER’s RFQ 6610 – Transportation Consulting Services, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A as if written word for word herein. B. To perform all those services set forth in CONSULTANT’s proposal, which proposal is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit B as if written word for word herein. C. If there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the exhibits attached to this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement will control over the terms and conditions of the attached exhibits or task orders.

B. To perform all those services set forth in CONSULTANT’s proposal, which proposal is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit B as if written word for word herein. C. If there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the exhibits attached to this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement will control over the terms and conditions of the attached exhibits or task orders.
