Scope of Contractor’s Services. WEST Consultants, Inc., hereafter referred to as the “Contractor” or “WEST”, agrees to provide to the County the services as described in Attachment “A” and attached hereon to this Second Supplemental Agreement solely on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇ County, acting as the lead agency for the Flood Authority and as directed by the Director of Community Development.
