Scope of Services and Duties. Contractor is engaged to provide TPS with products and or services as described in the Scope of Work as may be amended by a supplemental agreement and express written consent of both Parties. Contractor will diligently provide products or services reasonably required to represent TPS in the matters described, and will take all reasonable steps to keep TPS informed of progress and to respond to TPS’s inquiries. TPS will truthfully advise Contractor of relevant facts, and reasonably cooperate with Contractor.

Scope of Services and Duties a. The Risk Reduction Program (RRP) was created by the State to address public safety and risk of recidivism of inmates being released to the community. State provides risk of recidivism reduction interventions to offenders assessed as having a moderate to high risk of committing additional offenses. b. In 2013-2014, the State began transitioning its intervention model from an offense-based system to risk-based system and offering several curricula within risk reduction services to address areas correlated with the offenders’ risk of recidivism. The RRP employs evidence- based practices related to the Risk-Needs-Responsivity (R-N-R) Model of offender services. This widely researched and validated model indicates the dosage of services an offender may need based directly on their risk to the community and to reoffending. Contracted interventionists provide services accordingly and are to uphold this model and related services. c. After the initial transition, the State model is evolving to increase the clinical capacity to work with offenders who have been taught core skills to enhance continued motivation and integration of those skills in managing risk. The model includes educational support and interventions through the Department’s Community High School of Vermont and where available, Vermont Correctional Industries.

Scope of Services and Duties. The services to be provided by CONTRACTOR and the scope of CONTRACTOR’s duties include the following: The MHSA Parenting Program is intended to provide families with skills that will enhance and strengthen the family unit. The evidence based, SAMHSA approved Nurturing Parenting Program will be used to conduct parenting classes either in a one-on-one or group setting. It is designed to evaluate and assess family stability and dynamics. CONTRACTOR will increase stakeholder agencies/organizations knowledge of the MHSA Parenting Program and ultimately increase the number of referrals to the Nurturing Parenting Program. CONTRACTOR will provide outreach and engagement activities to increase community awareness and engage families in the Nurturing Parenting classes. CONTRACTOR will meet with families to evaluate strengths and weakness and find a match within the components of the Nurturing Parenting Program using the Adult-Adolescent Parenting Inventory. Once the family has been matched to an appropriate module the CONTRACTOR will implement the components of the module through in-home, site based, or group settings. This will occur on a weekly basis until the module has been successfully completed as determined by the post-evaluation process. CONTRACTOR will use the Nurturing Skills Competency Scale to evaluation outcomes and will provide to the COUNTY the pre and post evaluation results along with all of the required MHSA Prevention and Early Intervention data requirements. CONTRACTOR will also be responsible for updating the Nurturing Parenting data base with client information and outcomes and will supply reporting from the data base to the COUNTY for review on a monthly basis. CONTRACTOR will use the following to assist in providing the scope of services and duties: Goal: Build stronger and healthier family units by reducing mental health risk-factors such as but not limited to: serious chronic medical condition, adverse childhood experiences, experience of severe trauma, ongoing stress, exposure to drugs or toxins including in the womb, poverty, family conflict or domestic violence, experiences of racism and social inequality, prolonged isolation, traumatic loss (e.g. complicated, multiple, prolonged, sever), having a previous mental illness, a previous suicide attempt, or having a family member with a serious mental illness (Title 9, Section 3720 (c)(1). Scope of Services and Duties. The services to be provided by CONTRACTOR and the scope of CONTRACTOR's duties include the following: CONTRACTOR shall provide detoxification services to certain county residents who have been determined by authorized Sierra County Human Services staff, to be in need of treatment of chemical dependency. Detoxification services are defined for the purpose of this contract as a peer group oriented, residential facility that provides food, shelter and certain services in a supportive substance free environment for the recovering individual. Scope of Services and Duties. During the Term, the Executive agrees to be reasonably available, either in person, by telephone, or via electronic mail to consult, advise, and assist in connection with such matters as the Company may reasonably request and as are within his area of expertise and prior experience, including but not limited to: (a) presiding at all meetings of the Board of Directors; (b) working to assure that the Board of Directors functions effectively and meets its obligations and responsibilities; (c) coordinating with the Chief Executive Officer and the Lead Independent Director in the setting of the agenda and the preparation and distribution of information packages and related matters for meetings of the Board of Directors; (d) with the Lead Director, serving as liaison between management and the Board of Directors; (e) mentoring the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and introducing the Chief Executive Officer to key customers and contacts; (f) serving, at the request of the Chief Executive Officer, as a liaison with customers, government officials and stockholders on behalf of the Company; and (g) performing such other duties as may be fixed by the Board of Directors from time to time. The Executive agrees to devote such time as is reasonably necessary to effectively assist the Company with regard to these matters, but no more than 20% of such time as Executive previously devoted to his responsibilities as an employee of the Company.

Scope of Services and Duties. The services to be provided by CONTRACTOR and the scope of CONTRACTOR's duties include the following: A. CONTRACTOR shall provide all goods and services described in CONTRACTOR’S proposal, attached hereto as Attachment H. CONTRACTOR represents that it has reviewed COUNTY’S request for proposals and that the goods and services in CONTRACTOR’S proposal are appropriate for COUNTY’S intended purpose. All prior promises, warranties or representations by CONTRACTOR are hereby incorporated into this agreement. B. CONTRACTOR’S Cost Proposal is hereby attached and incorporated at Attachment I. Contractor agrees to provide all goods or services described in the Cost Proposal. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Cost Proposal and the remainder of this Agreement, including but not limited to Paragraph B.1, the term of this Agreement conflicting with the Cost Proposal shall prevail.

Scope of Services and Duties. During the Transition Term, the Executive agrees to be reasonably available, either in person, by telephone, or via electronic mail to consult, advise, and assist in connection with such matters as the Company may reasonably request and as are within his area of expertise and prior experience, including but not limited to: (a) assisting with transition and other matters related to the Company’s employment of a replacement head of the Marketing and Business Development department, (b) serving, at the request of the Chief Executive Officer, as a liaison with clients on behalf of the Company and, as necessary, assisting the Company to resolve disputes with clients, and (c) performing such other duties as may be fixed by the Company from time to time. In no event shall the number of hours worked by the Executive exceed an average of a maximum of 15 hours per week.
