Interconnection Customer’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, construct, operate, and maintain the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in accordance with the following requirements, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, the ISO OATT, or applicable NYISO procedures: the NYISO requirements; industry standards and specifications; regulatory requirements; the Connecting Transmission Owner’s applicable Electric System Bulletins (“ESBs”), provided at the following website: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ProNet/Technical-Resources/Electric-Specifications; the Project Specific Specifications provided as Appendix C to the Facilities Study for the Small Generating Facility; and Good Utility Practice. The Interconnection Customer shall submit all engineering design and electrical specifications associated with Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities to the Connecting Transmission Owner for its review and acceptance in accordance with the Connecting Transmission Owner’s ESBs and Project Specific Specifications. The Interconnection Customer shall install a meter panel in accordance with the Project Specific Specifications and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s ESB 756A. As per ESB 752, the Interconnection Customer shall install the RTU indoors and within 15 feet of the meter(s), and remote from: • Heavy traffic areas, work areas, and loading areas; • Heat producing or high electrostatic or electromagnetic field producing equipment; and • Station batteries. The Interconnection Customer shall install conduit for the wiring from the instrument transformers to the meter equipment panel and meter socket in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall: • provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring; • perform all terminations; and • supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

Further, Licensee shall reimburse the City for all costs of replacing or repairing any property of the City, or of others, that is damaged by or on behalf of Licensee as a result of activities under this Agreement.

  • ARCHITECT’S RESPONSIBILITIES § 2.1 The Architect shall provide professional services as set forth in this Agreement. The Architect represents that it is properly licensed in the jurisdiction where the Project is located to provide the services required by this Agreement, or shall cause such services to be performed by appropriately licensed design professionals. § 2.2 The Architect shall perform its services consistent with the professional skill and care ordinarily provided by architects practicing in the same or similar locality under the same or similar circumstances. The Architect shall perform its services as expeditiously as is consistent with such professional skill and care and the orderly progress of the Project. § 2.3 The Architect shall identify a representative authorized to act on behalf of the Architect with respect to the Project. § 2.4 Except with the Owner’s knowledge and consent, the Architect shall not engage in any activity, or accept any employment, interest or contribution that would reasonably appear to compromise the Architect’s professional judgment with respect to this Project. § 2.5 The Architect shall maintain the following insurance until termination of this Agreement.   • Contractor’s Responsibilities Unless stated specifically to the contrary in the tender with full supporting explanations, the contractor will be deemed to have concurred as a practical manufacturer with the design and layout of the works as being sufficient to ensure reliability and safety in operation, freedom from undue stresses and satisfactory performance in all other essentials as a working material.
