Screen Results Sample Clauses

The 'Screen Results' clause defines how the outcomes of background checks, reference checks, or other screening processes are handled within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the standards or criteria that must be met for an individual or entity to proceed, such as passing criminal background checks or meeting certain qualification thresholds. It may also specify the actions to be taken if the screening results are unsatisfactory, such as disqualification or termination of the agreement. The core function of this clause is to ensure that only suitable parties participate, thereby managing risk and maintaining compliance with legal or organizational standards.
