SCREENING AND ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS. A. County shall ensure that all Contractor providers are enrolled with the State as Medi-Cal providers consistent with the provider disclosure, screening, and enrollment requirements of 42 C.F.R. Part 455, subparts B and E. (42 C.F.R. § 438.608(b)) B. County may execute this Agreement, pending the outcome of screening, enrollment, and revalidation of Contractor of up to 120 days but shall terminate this Agreement immediately upon determination that Contractor cannot be enrolled, or the expiration of one 120-day period without enrollment of the Contractor, and notify affected clients.
