Second Consecutive Unsatisfactory/Salary Freeze. In addition, if the unit member receives a second (2nd) consecutive unsatisfactory evaluation, the unit member will be evaluated in the first (1st) semester of the following year and each semester thereafter until a satisfactory evaluation is achieved.
