Common use of Section 10.7.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.7.2. 24 Assignment of extra custodial work shall be done based first upon seniority within each building. 25 If no one within the building wishes to bid on the extra custodial work, the work will be offered 26 to other District custodians on a seniority basis.

Section 10.7.2. 24 40 Assignment of extra custodial work shall be done based first upon seniority within each building. 25 41 If no one within the building wishes to bid on the extra custodial work, the work will be offered 26 to 42 other District district custodians on a seniority basis.
