Common use of Section 12.7 Clause in Contracts

Section 12.7. District will provide a one-thousand five hundred dollar ($1,500) fund annually for the purpose of 13 settling personal property claims. Such fund is non-accumulative. The Toppenish PSE shall appoint two 14 (2) members and the District shall appoint one (1) member to oversee utilization of this fund.
