Common use of Section 14.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 14.2. 2 All employees subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to the effective date of this 3 Agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become members in good standing of the Association 4 within thirty (30) days of the hire date. Such employee shall then maintain membership in the 5 Association in good standing during the period of this Agreement.

Section 14.2. 2 40 All employees subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to the effective date of this 3 41 Agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become members in good standing of the Association 4 42 within thirty (30) days of the hire date. Such employee shall then maintain membership in the 5 Association 43 in good standing during the period of this Agreement.. 44

Section 14.2. 2 All employees in classifications subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to the 3 effective date of this 3 Agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become members in good 4 standing of the Association 4 within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement or within 5 thirty (30) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then maintain his 6 membership in the 5 Association in good standing during accordance with the period of this Agreementprevious section.
