Common use of SECTION 1613 Clause in Contracts

SECTION 1613. Transportation must be cleared with the school district management so as to pool rides as much 3 as possible. Paid transportation expense allowed will be for the lesser of: (a) normal and 4 reasonable expenses from the District administrative office to the training location and return; 5 or (b) normal and reasonable expenses from the employee’s principal residence to the training 6 location and return.
