Common use of Section 16.1.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 16.1.4. 2 It is mutually understood that the District will pay the testing fee for all current transportation department 4 regular drivers or substitute drivers for initial testing fees provided the employee works successfully for the 5 District for at least six (6) months. The District further agrees to pay the cost of Hepatitis B shots when 6 requested by an employee covered by this Agreement, up to a maximum of thirty (30) employees per year.

Additionally, the District will reimburse 46 regular drivers or substitute drivers for initial testing fees provided the employee works successfully for the 5 47 District for at least six (6) months. The District further agrees to pay the cost of Hepatitis B shots when 6 48 requested by an employee covered by this Agreement, up to a maximum of thirty (30) employees per year.
