Section 18.3.2. 14 If the District uses more than three (3) charter buses during any one (1) school year of the 15 agreement, PSE may request that negotiations be opened on the charter bus language. Such 16 request must be made within ten (10) working days of the fourth (41h) charter trip. 18 Section 18.4. 19 If any provision of this agreement or the application of any such provision is held invalid, the 20 remainder of this agreement shall not be affected thereby.

The District agrees to 38 cooperate with the union to the extent that the union requests do not cause the District to incur 39 fines, taxes, sanctions or any substantial negative financial impact. 40

Section 18.3.2. Any permanent employee who changes jobs positions on the same level shall receive the same step placement on the salary schedule. Any employees who change job positions and move to a higher level shall be placed at the step closest to their current amount of pay (but not less than their current pay) on the new level and will then receive a step increase in recognition of their promotion.

  • Section 14 Upon timely request, the Department of Administrative Services shall make available at no cost to the Union the latest copy of any SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee statistical and expenditure reports relative to employment and benefits currently produced by the Department of Administrative Services which do not require manual or machine editing to remove confidential data or non-SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee data. Such request must be made in advance of the preparation of the reports. If new and appropriate employee statistical and expenditure reports are produced by the Department of Administrative Services, the Department and the Union may mutually agree in advance to provide such reports at no cost.
