Common use of Section 19.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 19.5. 12 At times other than the annual evaluation, when it is determined that an employee's performance is 13 unsatisfactory unacceptable the supervisor will schedule a meeting with the employee to review the 14 information regarding the performance problems and plan for improvement. Employees placed on a 15 plan for improvement will have an opportunity for input into the plan of improvement.
