Section 18.2.2 the bargaining unit who volunteer and are appointed to coach or advise student 3 activities shall be paid the stipend which would be paid to a certificated employee in that 4 assignment.
Section 18.2.2. 31 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution 32 of this Agreement if possible and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 33 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XXI, Section 21.3. such 34 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such schedule, 35 if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday.
Section 18.2.2. 3 Additional compensable items shall be paid with the June paycheck.

Employees hired prior to February 1 shall 14 earn a year of service credit. 17 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be as mutually agreed and/or as modified subject to the terms 18 and conditions of Article XIX. All terms and conditions of this Agreement except salaries and medical 19 shall become effective the date of ratification by the parties. 20
Section 18.2.2. 45 In writing, the contract shall be reopened with mutual consent of both parties. The District 46 shall pass on all salary and State funded benefit increases for the length of the contract.

  • Section 14 Upon timely request, the Department of Administrative Services shall make available at no cost to the Union the latest copy of any SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee statistical and expenditure reports relative to employment and benefits currently produced by the Department of Administrative Services which do not require manual or machine editing to remove confidential data or non-SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee data. Such request must be made in advance of the preparation of the reports. If new and appropriate employee statistical and expenditure reports are produced by the Department of Administrative Services, the Department and the Union may mutually agree in advance to provide such reports at no cost.

  • Section 11.1 28 The District shall have the right to discipline or discharge an employee for justifiable cause. The issue 29 of justifiable cause shall be resolved in accordance with the grievance procedure hereinafter provided.

  • Section 12 contained herein shall be construed to include in the bargaining unit any person whose duties 44 as deputy, administrative assistant, supervisor, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or secretary necessarily imply a confidential 45 relationship to the Board of Directors or Superintendent of the District pursuant to RCW 41.56.030 (2).
