Section 18.7. 37 The Association and its members shall not go on strike during the term of this Agreement. The 38 Association will instruct its members to cross picket lines at any District location, if the District 39 provides safe conduct. The District has the right to discipline employees who violate this section. Section 18.7. 11 The parties agree that employees covered by this agreement shall not encourage, condone or participate 12 in any strike or work slowdown over any dispute which arises out of the interpretation or application of 13 this Agreement, nor shall there be any lockout by the District over any dispute which arises out of the 14 interpretation or application of this Agreement.
Section 18.7. 10 It is agreed that all classifications represented in this CBA will receive the negotiated salary and 11 benefits regardless of district funding sources. Section 18.7. Favored Nations Should the School Board enter into an agreement with another municipality or County, separate or otherwise, which provides more beneficial terms than those agreed to herein, the School Board shall offer the same terms to all other parties to this Amended and RestatedInterlocal Agreement.
