Common use of Section 18.7 Clause in Contracts

Section 18.7. 37 The Association and its members shall not go on strike during the term of this Agreement. The 38 Association will instruct its members to cross picket lines at any District location, if the District 39 provides safe conduct. The District has the right to discipline employees who violate this section.
