Common use of Section 3.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.3. 43 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 44 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 45 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 43 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 44 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 45 District as 45 hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 43 40 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 44 persons 41 present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 45 District as 42 hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 43 45 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 44 persons present at 46 discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 45 District as hereinafter 47 provided.

Section 3.3. 43 46 Employees subject to this Agreement shall have the right to have Association representatives or other 44 47 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 45 District as hereinafter provided48 District.

Section 3.3. 43 46 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 44 persons representative(s) 47 present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 45 District as 48 hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 43 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 44 persons present at disciplinary discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives 45 of the 45 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 43 42 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 44 43 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 45 44 District as hereinafter provided.
