Common use of Section 3.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.3. 7 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Union representatives or other persons 8 present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the District.

Section 3.3. 7 10 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Union representatives or other persons 8 11 present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the District.
