Common use of Section 3.6.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.6.1. 32 An employee shall have the right, upon reasonable request, to inspect the contents of the 33 employee's personnel file. Inspection shall be in the presence of a District representative. File 34 materials may be reproduced for the employee as promptly as is feasible upon request.

Section 3.6.1. 32 41 An employee shall have the right, upon reasonable request, to inspect the contents of the 33 42 employee's personnel file. Inspection shall be in the presence of a District representative. File 34 43 materials may be reproduced for the employee as promptly as is feasible upon request. 44 Reproduction shall be at the employee's expense. An Association representative may, at the 45 employee's request, be present during the review of said employee's file.
