Common use of Section 3.6.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.6.1. 28 In order for the District to be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as 29 of July 26, 1992, the District shall maintain a medical information file for each classified 30 employee of the District which will be kept separate from the personnel file. Such file will 31 contain such sensitive information as immunization history, health related cards, leave sharing 32 information, and information on medical history, and/or medical releases, etc. This medical 33 information file will ensure confidentiality of sensitive information regarding the employee in 34 the event of a Federal and/or State audit.
