Section 5.11.1 Sample Clauses
Section 5.11.1. 39 All hours worked on the fifth (5th) consecutive day by such employees shall be compensated at 40 the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's base pay. All hours worked on the fifth 41 (5th) consecutive day in excess of eight (8) hours shall be compensated pursuant to Section 42 5.10.5 herein.
Section 5.11.1. Less than full-time employees will not suffer a loss of scheduled hours of 41 work resulting from early school closures or delayed school opening due to inclement 42 weather, parent/teacher conferences, early student release or late arrival. Supervisors will 43 work with any affected employee to assign and schedule work to accomplish the intent of this 44 provision.
Section 5.11.1. 16 Specialists will be allowed to leave after student departure on the Wednesday before 17 Thanksgiving, the last student day before Winter Break, and the last day of school. For these 18 three days, Specialists will be allowed to use accumulated comp time, take a pay deduct, or use 19 one-half (1/2) personal day. 23 This section held for future Technology language.
