Section 6.10.3 normal shift hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day shall be compensated at the 3 rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular pay except with a prior agreement 4 between employee and the immediate supervisor to trade normal hours for sixth (6th) or 5 seventh (7th) day hours.
