Section 7.1.2. 35 All trips other than regular daily scheduled bus runs shall be compensated at the employee's regular 36 hourly rate for the duration of the trip; provided, however, that bus drivers shall be subject to the 37 provisions relative to overtime herein provided.

Section 7.1.2. 27 Employees will be compensated at their regular hourly rate for attending all District-required meetings 28 and training sessions that are not part of initial employment qualification requirements. Employees 29 shall be compensated for subsequent training and/or meetings, including those which are a condition of 30 continued employment.

Section 7.1.2. Holidays that fall on a Saturday will be observed on the preceding Friday and holidays that fall 3 on a Sunday will be observed on the following Monday.

Such workweek may 21 include Saturday and/or Sunday, at their regular rate of pay, notwithstanding the provisions of 22 Section 7.1. and 7.3.1. Overtime shall be as specified in Section 7.9.1. When a shift schedule is 23 altered for these positions, the affected employee will be given twenty-four (24) hour notice 24 which may be waived by the employee.

Section 7.1.2. 29 The minimum cost of an employee's physical examination and/or X-rays required by the District will 30 be paid by the District. The District shall have the right to select the doctor(s) to be utilized.

Section 7.1.2. 15 The agreed upon full-time work-year is 260 days.
