Section 7.2.2. 42 Any vacation credit currently due but unused by the new accrual date each year may be carried 43 over for one (1) year following the accrual date with the approval of the immediate supervisor 44 and administration. Employees may accrue beyond the limit by permission of the 45 Superintendent, or Superintendent’s designee, provided no employee shall be denied accrued 46 vacation benefits due to District employment needs. No more than thirty (30) days of vacation 47 may be cashed out upon departure from the District.
