Secure Messaging Service. The ability to have secure electronic messages sent by you to the Bank and by the Bank to you (in response to a Secure Message received by the Bank from you) concerning the Services and/or your Accounts. There are certain risks associated with the transmission of electronic messages through the Secure Messaging Service, including but not limited to unauthorized access, system outages, delays, disruption in telecommunications services and the Internet. Electronic messages sent through the Secure Messaging Service are contained within the Service;

Secure Messaging Service. 19.1. The Secure Messaging Service shall be used by you only for the transmission of messages related to your Accounts and the Banking Services and not for any other purpose. 19.2. Any data, information or instructions that you communicate or transmit via the Secure Messaging Service shall, unless otherwise expressly stated by you, be deemed as true, accurate and complete and CIMB Bank shall be entitled but not obliged to rely on and where necessary act upon any such data, information or instructions without being liable in relation thereto. 19.3. For the avoidance of doubt CIMB Bank shall not be obliged to act on any instructions or message sent through the Secure Messaging Service or otherwise.
Secure Messaging Service. 67.1 Purpose of the secure messaging service The Bank provides the Client with a secure messaging service via the Website. The secure messaging service enables Clients to consult and reply to their messages from the Website. The confidentiality of e-mails deposited in the Client's mailbox is secured by the login codes. Clients are informed by the Bank that it is their responsibility to implement appropriate back-up procedures in order to archive the Electronic Statements that they consider important on their personal computer system. The secure messaging service is strictly reserved for exchanges between the Bank and the Client. Consequently, and in order to guarantee the security of the service, the Client may only send messages to pre-registered contacts selected by the Bank.

  • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

  • Reducing Text Messaging While Driving Pursuant to Executive Order 13513, 74 FR 51225 (Oct. 6, 2009), Recipient should encourage its employees, subrecipients, and contractors to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging while driving, and Recipient should establish workplace safety policies to decrease accidents caused by distracted drivers.

  • Alerts via Text Message To stop Alerts via text message, text "STOP" to 99785 at anytime. Alerts sent to your primary email address will be unaffected by this action. To restore Alerts on your Mobile Device, just visit the Alerts tab in Online Banking and click the box next to your mobile number for the Alert(s) you would like to receive again.   • Usage for Voice Mail Message Service Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.

  • Notices and Change of Address Any required notice regarding this ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ will be considered effective when we send it to the intended recipient at the last address that we have in our records. Any notice to be given to us will be considered effective when we actually receive it. You, or the intended recipient, must notify us of any change of address.
