Secure Network Clause Samples

The Secure Network clause establishes requirements for maintaining the security and integrity of a computer network within an organization or between contracting parties. It typically mandates the implementation of technical safeguards such as firewalls, encryption, and access controls to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access or cyber threats. By setting these standards, the clause helps prevent data breaches and ensures compliance with relevant security regulations, thereby reducing the risk of information loss or compromise.
