Common use of Security Certificates Clause in Contracts

Security Certificates. The Purchaser hereby waives the right to receive a security certificate in respect of the Common Shares and/or Pre-Funded Warrants purchased pursuant hereto and the Pre-Funded Warrant Shares issuable upon the exercise of the Pre-Funded Warrants and chooses to receive instead a non-transferable written acknowledgment of the right to obtain such a security certificate from the Company.

Security Certificates. The Purchaser hereby waives the right to receive a security certificate in respect of the Common Preferred Shares and/or Pre-Funded Warrants purchased pursuant hereto and the Pre-Funded Warrant Shares issuable upon the exercise of the Pre-Funded Warrants hereto, and chooses to receive instead a non-transferable written acknowledgment acknowledgement of the right to obtain such a security certificate from the Company.
