Common use of Security Credentials Clause in Contracts

Security Credentials. ATB may issue each Cardholder a personal identification number (PIN), other Security Credentials or other Card Account Information to enable the Cardholder to use the Card to make Purchases and obtain Cash Advances on the Cardholder Account (and the Card Account) in accordance with this Agreement. At or near the time the Card Account is opened we may require you to advise us of the password to assign to the Card Account (the Account Password). ATB will also provide each Cardholder with information on how to change their PIN and/or other Security Credentials and will provide you with information on how to change the Security Credentials. Any Cardholder may, from time to time, change the PIN and/or other Security Credentials applicable to their Card and you may from time to time change the Account Password Security Credentials, in either case, upon notice to us and in accordance with our procedures as then in effect; however, such change will only be effective once it has been inputted into our or our agent’s systems.
